I’ve had a rough last few days but I think I’m getting better now. Things are looking up and I need to move on. I need to start focusing on myself again and getting ready for this summer 🌞 With all this Coronavirus stuff, I’m going to take the time to eat healthy and exercise. I now have a home gym in the garage, weights in the house and i have the motivation and determination.
This picture was taken this morning. I have lost about 8 pounds now, and I’m down to 145. I am 5’8″. From here, I want to gain muscle weight. Any advice welcome cos I’m not sure what I need to eat/do and I want to do things right. I want to get to 160 lbs so about 10-15 pounds of muscles. I’ll definitely Google it but I’d prefer to hear from people with experience 🙂 My goal is to feel good about myself, mind and body 🙂 Anyway, you guys hang in there and if you are reading this, I thank you for taking the time to check out my blog 😍
